Our stay at Arik's place was really great, from the quick communication before we arrived to the warm welcome when we got there in the late evening and the lovely fruit basket to great us. The flat was as described, very spacious for us and our 2 girls. highly recommended and definitely looking forward to staying at Arik's place again!

Our host, Arik, was very kind and caring, answering favorably to our requests. Definitely an A+ host. The apartment has everything we expected, from a washing machine to all kitchenware. Available seasoning, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, make preparing the meals much easier. The apartment is large and comfortable. The parking space is excellent and very convenient for those, like us, who rent a car to explore the magnificent country. The supermarket just downstairs is also an excellent plus.
The location is great to directly hit the road, but the surrounding traffic can get busy some times and the gorgeous city beaches are not so close. For those flying in, having a way to communicate with the host ready once you get to the airport is very handy.

The short version: perfect. And now for the longer one: all the communications with Arik before and during the stay were clear and more than satisfactory, he was always punctual and helpful. The apartment was super clean, more beautiful than what the pictures show, with all the necessities (and then some more, olive oil spices, coffee, tea and little things to make you feel at home), the location is great, 5-10 minutes from all the major sites in the cities and close to the highway if you want to travel. When i arrived, Arik was there to welcome me, there was a beautiful bowl of fruits, fresh milk, newspaper. I spend 10 days and after a week Arik offered to clean, change sheets and towels. I couldn't dream of a better experience and i'm looking forward to going back.

The apartment was perfect for our 2 week stay in Tel aviv. We were met by the owner upon our early morning arrival into Tel aviv. He was extremely helpful in ensuring we would have a comfortable stay. There were no hidden surprises with the apartment. It was clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessities to live there for the 2 weeks. Items such as laundry detergent, dish soap, shower soap were all provided. Even a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit. Cleaning staff were in, I believe once a week to change and wash towels and bed sheets. The location was great with a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant and money exchange kiosk attached to the apartment building. Taxi's and bus service were right out front. There is also a security guard on duty at all times. There is a Fitness Center located in the shopping area attached to the apartment building. We did not use it as the price was incredibly more expensive than what we were quoted and parts of the facility were under construction. The building has the best and fastest elevator service we have seen in all our travels. You call for the elevator from inside your apartment and it is there and waiting for you by the time you shut and lock your door. A 10 minute walk to the train station and the shopping mall. And right by the train station is the highway which allows for easy access. Its about a 2 mile walk to the heart of downtown and to the beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in the city.

Have been there during New year Ave. The apartments are in business high building on the 11th floor.I am in love with it! Such a great place! Amazing apartments with panorama view sight on the balcony and spacious front room. Everything for comfortable vacations.Clear, modern and light. Arik is very friendly and helpful person. The location a little bit far from Jaffo but nice for walking in modern Tel-a-viv area. big thanx to Arik from Zhanna, Maria, Mike and Kostya.

“Awesome except for rooster!”

We stayed here for 9 days at the end of March. Everything was exactly as promised. It was very easy to pick up the keys from the front desk when we arrived in the wee hours of the morning from the airport. The apartment is clean and spacious.
The automatic blinds on the window shut out all the light and much of the noise when you lower them, so you won't be disturbed by sunlight if you're trying to sleep in a bit.
The one negative of the entire stay was that there is a rooster somewhere in the neighborhood, who crows intermittently, morning and night. If you are a very light sleeper, this might be a problem for you, but otherwise, you will be very happy if you stay here.
It was very helpful to have the parking spot, the grocery store and other shops at ground level, and the excellent videos provided by Arik so that you are oriented when you arrive.
The apartment is centrally located off of route 20 (Ayalon Highway), making it very easy to use as a base for trips to other parts of Israel.
A few notes if you're staying:
1. The garbage chute is on the same floor as the apartment, through a door, and up the stairs, in the hallway on the other side of the elevator. (Arik, you may want to add that to the Welcome Instructions).
2. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. We added a vegetable peeler and a little extra flatware. If you are planning to cook and use potholders, you might want to bring those along. Also, there's a great store called Yochanan on the other side of 20, that sells prepared food for the holidays, which we took advantage of since the oven in the apartment is on the small side for holiday cooking.
The location suited us well - we were about two miles from the beach and about a 25-minute walk from the shuk, even quicker to the downtown shopping center. And about a 7-minute walk to the Azrieli Center, with stores and a yummy food court.
We would definitely stay again if we are visiting and we thank Arik for his hospitality and prompt attention.
Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

"Superconvenient!"
not my first time in Tel Aviv, but definitely my favorite.
Advantages:
1. new modern building, great views on the downtown;
2. super convenient - shopping center downstairs in the same building: supermarket, Superpharm, McDonald's, bakery, exchange, organic store, cafe, 24/7 am/pm supermarket 100m away
3. great condition of the apt - everything brand new.
4. all kinds of small things that are nice to have from the host, for example, mayo and ketchup in the fridge, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, paper towels, complimentary fruit plate, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap.
5. excellent quality wi-fi
6. clean, no smells in the apt.

I was very fortunate to find this apartment rental on TripAdvisor. From my first email inquiry to the owner of the apartment, Arik, I knew this was going to be a nice place to stay. Arik met us at the apartment building so he could show us around. The size and cleanliness of the apartment are amazing. The living room is huge, and is connected to a nice sized kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, gas stove, towels, and cleaning supplies. There is a place off the kitchen where you can hang clothes to dry. The apartment has 2 full size bedrooms, one with a walk in closet, and the other with a large closet. There is a separate room for the toilet, and a room with a sink and bathtub with shower. There is also a balcony equipped with chairs and a bench seat. Arik surprised us with a lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to begin our stay. He was a perfect host, and the apartment was perfect! The beach is about a 40 minute walk, but taxis and buses are also available. Wifi is free, security is 24/7, and there is a mall next door with a gym, post office, and supermarket.
This rental was a great value for the price paid, and our deposit was credited immediately after we left.
We would love to stay here again!
